Service Description
The meditation technique I teach was taught to me by Tom Brown Jr. He learned from a Lipan Apache elder named Stalking Wolf. This kind of meditation is very healing and can be used for the rest of your life wherever you have a quiet space. What to Expect This long-form guided meditation gently guides you through breath, relaxation, and imagination to restore calm and balance. Together, we invite stillness into the body, peace into the mind, and light into the heart. Step 1: Command the Breath We begin with deep, intentional breathing—drawing air fully in, holding, and releasing with awareness. Each breath opens the door to presence and connection. Step 2: Segmented Body Relaxation You’ll move through the body slowly, tensing and releasing each area. This method teaches the body to let go of stored tension and find rest in every muscle and joint. Step 3: The White Light A soft, radiant white light descends from above, enveloping you in warmth like sunshine. You are held in a cocoon of energy—safe, nourished, and luminous. Step 4: Dissolving Pain We meet any pain—physical or emotional—with compassion. You’ll visualize it as a small sphere of light, then gently shrink and release it into the Earth, allowing the planet to transmute it into healing energy. Step 5: Body Awareness & Gravity You’ll feel every cell alive with presence, sensing gravity as it anchors you deeply to the Earth. Grounded in your body, you rest in belonging. Step 6: Flight & Freedom From this groundedness, you’re invited to rise—floating like a bird, a bubble, or a gentle spirit. Explore your inner skies and rediscover lightness and play. Step 7: Breath to Surrender Through soft sighs and exhalations, you release all remaining tension. The body opens into peace. Step 8: Journey to the Medicine Area You’ll travel inward, descending stairs or following a path into a sacred inner space where healing happens naturally. In this Medicine Area—forest, temple, or garden—you can rest, receive insight, or simply be. A Return to Wholeness This guided meditation blends mindfulness, imagination, and energetic awareness to help you reconnect with your own healing power. The more vividly you visualize, the deeper your body relaxes, and the more completely your spirit returns home.
