​At Wild Nature Reiki, I honor both your healing journey and the time and energy it takes to hold this space with care. Life is tender and unexpected things happen, so this policy is designed to be both fair and compassionate.

• 100% refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.

• 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

• No refunds for missed appointments or same-day no-shows, as this time has been fully reserved for you.

Emergency & Illness Exceptions:
If you experience a true emergency, sudden illness, or crisis, please reach out as soon as possible. I trust open communication and will always do my best to respond with understanding and flexibility.
