The answer is, it's completely up to you! You decide and I'll do whatever I'm whole-heartedly willing to do within the scope of the Cuddlist Code of Conduct (cuddlist.com/code-of-conduct). If you need some ideas of what we might do ahead of time, there is a framework for the wheel of consent (see the other post for ideas), as well as a menu of options below:
🤗 Cuddle Menu of Options
These are just a few ideas — every session is co-created. Always check in, stay within your yes, and follow the Cuddlist Code of Conduct (cuddlist.com/code-of-conduct)
🌙 Comfort & Containment
Spooning – Try being the big spoon or the little spoon. Feel the difference in giving and receiving support.
Throne-- One of us sits in the corner supported by pillows and the other person sits in front and leans back into the other person.
Head on Chest – Rest your head and listen to your partner’s heartbeat. Notice the rhythm and breath.
Full-Body Pressure – Explore safe, clothed deep pressure. You might lie partially or fully on top of someone with consent.
🌸 Gentle Playfulness
Hand-to-Hand Connection – Hold hands, trace fingers, or feel each other’s warmth.
Playing with Hair – Offer to play gently with someone’s hair, or have yours played with — always ask first.
Feet Play – Try foot-to-foot or hand-to-foot contact — it can be surprisingly grounding and fun.
💞 Mutual Presence
Facing Each Other Sideways – Lie side by side, bodies gently entwined. Notice breath, warmth, and micro-movements.
Back-to-Back – Rest backs together, feeling support without facing. Breathe in rhythm.
🌿 Create Your Own
Use your imagination!
Try new positions that feel comfortable, safe, and nurturing for you. I will pause often to check in — “How does this feel?” or “Would you like to adjust?”
